Die Arbeiten von Anja Heymann bewegen sich zwischen Material, Raum und Symbol. Textile und skulpturale Werke werden zu einer räumlichen Installation angeordnet, die Fragen nach Schutz, Neuordnung und Hoffnung aufwirft. Dabei verkörpern Werke aus alltäglichen Materialien wie Haar und Nadeln Spannungen zwischen Anziehung und Abstoßung, Schutz und Angriff, dem Persönlichen und dem Fremden. Ausgangspunkt ist die Beobachtung der eigenen Umgebung und eine Erkundung von Beziehungsdynamiken und gesellschaftlichen Rollen.
In ‹ FRAGIL › mündet dies in ein Bekenntnis zur Hoffnung. Die Performance verhandelt Fragen von Rollenverteilung und Schutzsuche, tritt mit der gesamten Installation in Dialog und macht Verletzlichkeit körperlich sichtbar.
